15 Day Reboot
Unplug & Be Mindful

The 15 day reboot is a program that I created that only requires a daily commitment of 10-25 minutes. Each day will include a meditation and a short journaling session. The program is designed to run for 15 consecutive days.
In this workshop we will discuss how to use the program. Each participant will be given a copy of the program to complete on their own time. We will start the program together working through our individual goals and some of the meditation exercises.
