Monthly Payment Plan Available
Monthly payments are listed below in BLUE. For these rates please pay your non refundable deposit of $600pp by July 31, 2025. Your first payment is due on or before August 31, 2025. Your final payment is due on or before February 28, 2026. (7 Monthly Payments)
Single Occupancy- $11,000- $600 deposit = $10,400 or $1486/month
Double Occupancy- $9,500pp- $600 deposit = $8,900 or $1271/month
Triple Occupancy- $8,800pp- $600 deposit = $8200 or $1171/month
Quad Occupancy- $8,600pp- $600 deposit = $8000 or $1143/month
