Looking to start a meditation practice or maybe looking to explore a new focal point?

In this workshop we will discuss the challenges and obstacles of a meditation practice and how to overcome them.  We will then explore several different focal points, both internal and external. Some will be easier to connect to then others.  You will leave this workshop with a good idea of which type of meditation practice is right for you  You will have all of the tools that you need to create your own personal practice. Then all you have to do is make a commitment to get started.
