Our retreat will be held at a beautiful boutique hotel overlooking the bay of Zakros in Crete, Greece. This small village has great beach front restaurants with authentic cuisine. There is a quiet beach where you can spend an afternoon lounging in the sun or splashing in the gentle waves. The town is at the bottom of the hill, so a moderate level of fitness is required to attend this retreat. We will be walking up and down the hill for dinner and visits to shore.
Our hotel is also just a short drive from Xerokampus beach, which boasts "the best beaches" on Crete. We have two visits to Xerokampos on our itinerary, one by land and one by boat.
We also have two private boat charters on our schedule. The dramatic coastlines is what the Greek Islands are known for, so I thought we should have more than one day to explore.
