3pm- Check In & tea time
5pm- 6:30pm - Stretch & Restore
7pm- Dinner
10pm- Quiet hours begin. Please respect your fellow guests & hosts and keep you voices low after 10pm
Day Two
7:30am - 8:30am- Breakfast
9am - 10:15am- All Levels Slow Flow
10:30am - 11:45am- Yin Yoga
1pm - 2pm- Lunch
2:30pm- 3:30pm - Open Studio- Is there a posture that you want to work on? Let us know and we will work through it together
5pm - 5:30pm - Yoga Nidra
5:30pm- Free time- walk, explore, read or rest
7:00pm- Dinner
10pm- Quiet hours begin. Please respect your guests & hosts and keep you voices low after 10pm
Day Three
7:30am - 8:30am- Breakfast
9am - 10:30am- Gentle Hatha Yoga
10:30am - 12:00pm- Pack up
12:00pm - 1:00pm- Lunch
