9am - 10am- Gentle Yoga- Hip Openers
10:15am - 11:15am- All Levels Vinyasa
11:30am - Noon- Guided Meditation
12:15pm - 12:45pm- Mindfulness Exercise # 1
1 - 2pm- Lunch
2pm - 2:30pm- Mindfulness Exercise #2
2:30pm - 3:30pm- Gentle Yoga- Neck & Shoulders
3:45pm - 5pm- Structure & Alignment for Bends & Twists
5:15pm - 5:45pm- Mindfulness Exercise #3
6pm - 7pm- Dinner
​7:15pm - 8:30pm- Vibrational Sound Cleanse Workshop- In this session, we will explore different forms of sound from a meditative state.  The combination of sounds and vibration are designed to move energy.  As we work to bring stuck or stagnant energy to the surface, you will be guided to release it.  We will use this time to clear away what does not belong, so we can create space for a new positive energy flow. Drums, crystal bowls and other instruments will be used, as well as aromatherapy. Please let us know in advance if you are sensitive to sound or fragrances.
