Tricia Glynn- Certified Yoga Teacher & LMT

I have been practicing yoga for more than 15 years. Many of those years my practice was strictly power yoga. It was not until I attended a teacher training course through Finding Inner Peace Yoga School, that I discovered the world of yoga beyond the walls of my power yoga class. It was then that I developed a true appreciation for the art of yoga and its ability to heal, strengthen and restore the body from the inside and out. I learned the beauty of calming the mind through meditation and breath work. I have developed a strong appreciation for gentle and restorative yoga and now enjoy a well rounded practice. As a teacher, I hope my students will find as much fulfillment in their yoga practice as I have found in mine.
Tara McCarthy LMT, Certified Yoga Teacher & Reiki Master Teacher.

So having a personal practice for many years and later than taking a yoga teaching training through Finding Inner Peace Yoga School in 2009"I just took a chance on something new and I haven't looked back. I knew I was exactly where I was supposed to be for myself and being able to help others." Vanessa Tierney- Yoga Teacher CYT
Vanessa has been a devoted yoga student for more than 30 years. Her love of yoga began in college, but her passion for teaching was inspired several years later as she struggled to find effective work/life balance amidst the stresses of corporate life. Through her practice Vanessa discovered a profound sense of peace, purpose, and clarity often lacking in daily life. With an integrated approach to teaching, Vanessa hopes to influence the way we live our lives both on and off the mat.
Vanessa is certified in Hatha Yoga (E-RYT) since 2009, with 500 hours of advanced teacher training in Vinyassa, Yin, and Restorative yoga. She is also certified in Reiki and continues to study energy anatomy, pranayama, meditation, yoga history and philosophy. She has studied with world-renowned teachers in Bali, Indonesia and at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Meditation.
With her gentle touch and quiet manor Vanessa seeks to guide students to more fully understand the connection between body, breathe, mind, and spirit. She supports each student’s exploration of asana as a means to cultivate a deeper relationship with self, a refined sense of balance, relaxation, and joy.
Vanessa teaches in studio and corporate settings and facilitates workshops on a variety of topics related to living with passion, purpose, and perspective.
