This is our rainforest retreat and our Playa Grande retreat merged into 13 incredible nights in my favorite spots in Costa Rica. 

Week One Rainforest Includes:
  • 6 nights in an eco lodge in the rainforest. Economy room (upgrades are available at this time)
  • One night at the airport hotel in SJO
  • Domestic flight SJO to the eco lodge 
  • Daily yoga & meditation classes
  • All meals included at the lodge
  • Guided morning tour of the rainforest

Week Two Playa Grande Includes:
  • 7 Night Stay in a standard room (upgrades are available at this time) in the Las Baulas National Marine Park, established to protect the Leather Back  Sea Turtles

  • 5 Daytime Meals (breakfast or lunch)

Companion Rate Available
Sometimes retreat guests bring along friends or family members who do not practice yoga.  These guests are included in our meal program and are part of our group they just choose not to reserve a spot in the studio.  Guests not participating in the yoga classes may deduct $200pp.  Early book discounts do not apply to this rate.

Monthly Payment Plan Available
Monthly payments are due at the end of each month.  They are listed below in BLUE. For these rates please pay your non refundable deposit of $600pp by July 31, 2025. Your first payment is due on or before August 31, 2025. Your final payment is due on or before October 31, 2025.  (3 Monthly Payments)
