What is not included, but required:
- Airfare- You will need both an international and domestic flight. Roundtrip international flight to Panama City. Domestic roundtrip flight Panama City to Boca del Toro. I will assist with navigating flights and you are all welcome to travel with me. I will share my flights when I book.
- Travel Insurance- Your travel insurance must include: Medical coverage, emergency evacuation & cancellation coverage.

Sometimes retreat guests bring along friends or family members who do not practice yoga. These guests are included in our meals and excursions. They are part of our group they just choose not to reserve a spot in the studio. Guests not participating in the yoga classes may deduct $200pp.
Monthly Payment Plan Available
Monthly payments are due at the end of each month. They are listed below in BLUE. For these rates please pay your non refundable deposit of $600pp by September 30, 2024. Your first payment is due on or before October 31, 2024. Your final payment is due on or before
January 31, 2025. (4 Monthly Payments)
