Registration
Completed registration forms are required for everyone on a retreat, whether a guest is attending yoga classes or not. Information such health conditions and allergy information are important for us to have to help to keep everyone comfortable and safe on their retreat. Please include any additional information that we may need in the case of an emergency. For example, if you use an epi pen or other emergency medication, where do you keep it? If allergy or medical conditions change between the time you fill out the registration form and the start of the retreat , it is the responsibility of each guest to update the retreat organizer with this new information, in writing.
Liability Waiver
We do our best to keep everyone safe, but accidents do happen. Please read, sign and return your liability waiver at least 30 days prior to the start of the retreat.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is now required for ALL retreats. Travel insurance is NOT included in your retreat package. It can be purchased for a single trip or on an annual basis. Do not purchase travel insurance from an airline. It is usually only basic coverage and does not cover much more than the cost of your flight. Please look for a policy that covers what you need. I can not recommend travel insurance because I am not an agent and I do not know much about it, but I will tell you that coverage is more affordable and much better than it was prior to COVID. It is fairly inexpensive and will give you peace of mind so you can relax and enjoy your vacation.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please put in a claim through your insurance. Payments for retreats are non refundable. This is necessary in order to keep our groups small and our retreats affordable. Our contracts require accurate numbers and cancellations result in expensive penalties. This is now an industry standard in our post COVID travel world. Make sure the policy that you choose covers trip cancellation. Look are the reason for cancellation. Some cover injury or illness and other policies offer a cancel for any reason. Pricing will vary depending on the level of coverage you need.
