Your first payment is due on or before December 31, 2024. Your final payment is due on or before January 31, 2025. (2 Monthly Payments)
Economy Rooms- 2 AVAILABLE- Option of a queen bed or 2 twin beds. These rooms are smaller, but comfortable.
Double Occupancy- $3,775pp - $600 deposit = $3,175 then pay in full OR $1588/month
Single Occupancy- $5,030 - $600 deposit = $4,430 then pay in full OR $2215/month
Superior Rooms- 1 AVAILABLE- One queen bed and one twin bed. These rooms are larger with private patios.
Double Occupancy- $3,810pp - $600 deposit = $3,210 then pay in full OR $1605/month
Single Occupancy- $5,110 - $600 deposit = $4,510 then pay in full OR $2255/month
Deluxe Rooms- 2 AVAILABLE- One queen bed or 2 twin beds. These rooms are large and also have a patio. They they are located in a separate building with only three rooms. These second floor rooms are uphill offer beautiful views of the property.
Double Occupancy- $3,840pp - $600 deposit = $3,240 then pay in full OR $1620/month
Single Occupancy- $5,170 - $600 deposit = $4570 then pay in full OR $2285/month
Exclusive Suites- SOLD OUT- Option of one queen bed and a twin or one king bed and a twin. These are the largest rooms with the best views on the property. Both have large private decks.
